We work via an “opt-in” policy, meaning that the information we are requesting, how it will be used, and how it will be stored and managed will be made clear prior to you submitting your details. You will have to actively tick a box stating you are happy for your personal information to be used in this manner prior to details being submitted. This is in line with legislation and EU regulations.

HOW IT WILL BE USED

We only collect information that you specifically give to us, in order to be able to:

  • Fulfil a service; such as processing an order you have made from our website, or bespoke order you've requested by email or phone consultation, or to send you a prize you have won through a competition.
    

  • To send you information you have explicitly indicated you would like to receive, such as emails through our Journal subscription or in relation to an order or consultation service.
    

  • You may submit personal information to us via private messaging facilities on our social media accounts. Whilst your use of social media is governed by the specific platform’s terms and conditions, we will endeavour to delete all personal information sent to us every 3 months.
    

  • Your address and contact details are available only to members of the Snug team fulfilling your web-shop order or for arranging a home consultation visit, or delivery in relation to our interior design services; payment details are handled by PayPal and we have no access to them apart from an email address. Name and email address details submitted for the purpose of subscribing to our journal is accessed only by the Snug team for the purpose of internal analysis.
    

  • Our mailing list is managed by Mailchimp.

COOKIES

Snug Home Design reserves the right to use any photographs or video taken during an event, as part of a project or commission, by it's employees, person employed on behalf of the company or forwarded to the company by any person connected to the company for use in any relevant promotional material. This media may be used on our website, social media profiles, in our portfolio or for PR purposes.

Snug Home Design reserves the right to use any information submitted by you through a contact form to contact you in reference to your enquiry and by all means required to fulfil that enquiry. Your contact information will not be used to contact you for any other reasons or to send marketing material unless you have expressly opted in to receive it.
